PassportLayout.online is built on a simple principle: your photos are yours. This privacy policy explains what data we collect (very little) and what happens with your photos (they never leave your device).

Your Photos Stay on Your Device

All image processing on PassportLayout.online happens entirely in your web browser using the HTML5 Canvas API. When you upload a photo to create a passport layout:

• Your photo is loaded directly into your browser's memory.
• All cropping, alignment, and layout generation happens locally on your device.
• No photo data, image pixels, or EXIF metadata is ever transmitted to our servers or any third party.
• When you close the browser tab, the image data is discarded from memory.

We have no server-side image processing infrastructure. There is no upload endpoint, no image storage, and no way for us to access your photos.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or process:

• Your photos or any image data
• EXIF metadata (camera model, GPS location, timestamps) from your photos
• Personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number
• Account credentials (there are no accounts)

Analytics and Cookies

We may use basic website analytics to understand how the site is used — for example, which pages are visited and which browsers are used. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.

We do not set any first-party tracking cookies. Third-party services (such as Google AdSense, described below) may set their own cookies as described in their respective privacy policies.

Advertising

PassportLayout.online uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. We do not share any of your personal data with advertisers. The ads are served by Google's infrastructure, and any data collection by Google is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Because your photos never leave your device, there is no risk of your images being intercepted, leaked, or breached from our end. The site is served over HTTPS to ensure that the page itself is delivered securely.

Children's Privacy

PassportLayout.online does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since no personal data is collected, no special provisions are required under COPPA or similar regulations.
